J’ai acheté la corde à sauter Dopamine pour compléter mes entraînements et je ne regrette pas du tout.
Les poignées sont ergonomiques, avec une très bonne prise en main même quand on transpire. Le système de rotation est fluide et rapide, sans à-coups. La corde est bien équilibrée, ce qui permet un rythme régulier, que ce soit pour du fractionné, du HIIT ou du travail plus technique.
Très bon investissement pour ceux qui veulent un outil simple mais efficace pour le cardio.
Good quality rope. Works better than a PVC rope for beginners as described. Doesn't make as much noise as expected when the beads hit the floor.
Changing from my old jump rope to this one has been a night-and-day difference: I'll never go back. I love how smoothly it cuts through the air. The size of the handles is awesome for varying hand placement during various tricks. It was incredibly easy to adjust, and it's honestly my favorite go-to for working out (even over a beaded rope).
It's such a joy to skip with a quality rope.
This one was a replacement for a cheapo one from a well known sportswear retailer. There's just no comparison. This rope sizes easily, spins beautifully, has quality handles, and will never stall and frustrate your workout or routine like a cheap one. Great stuff.
