Your Right to Cancel (EU Customers)

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order under the EU Consumer Rights Directive without giving any reason.

Cancellation period: You may cancel within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receives your goods. However, as a goodwill gesture we extend this to 30 days for all customers.

How to cancel: To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us before the cancellation period expires. You can do this by:

We will send you an acknowledgement of your cancellation by email without delay.

Returning items: After cancelling, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you informed us of your cancellation. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds: We will refund you no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. We will refund using the same payment method you used to place the order. We will refund the original standard delivery cost, but we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

General Returns Policy - Further Details & Information

Jump ropes will always wear down with time and usage so we don't accept returns after repeated use of the products. The cables will last longer if used on gym flooring and with jump rope mats. They can be used on all surfaces but will wear down quicker on surfaces like concrete.

Items must be returned within 30 days from the day you've received your order; transit times are not included in this period. If you need to return an item, please email us at support@dopamineropes.com and we will send return instructions.

Items must be sent back with your order information (order number, item, name, address and email). This allows us to correctly identify your order. These details can be written on a piece of paper or you can include a printed copy of your order confirmation email inside the package.

All items must be unused. For example, jump ropes and mats must be in their original packaging showing no signs of use. If the returned item shows any signs of usage, the refund will be rejected.

If an item is deemed faulty or defective, and this is reported to us within 30 days of receipt, we will replace the item free of charge.

If your return is due to ordering the wrong product, you will need to place a new order for the correct item once your return has been processed.

All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.

Returns can take up to 7 working days to process, so don't worry if your tracking shows the return as delivered but you have not yet received your refund. Refunds, once approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

We do not pay for return shipping. You are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us. Once the return has been received and approved, we will refund the full amount you originally paid for the product and the original shipping charge.

The only exception is for United States orders, where we will send you a return label. For these orders, we will refund the product cost only once the return has been received.

The returned parcel is the customer’s responsibility until Dopamine has acknowledged that the package has been received.

Any returns received without order information may result in delays to your refund being processed.

If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received.
